Before starting the project, you have to install the following libraries:

• LibBoost (>=1.53) with graph-boost
  you have to install first
  • xsltproc
  • docbook-xsl
  • docbook-xml
  • libbz2-dev
• Root by Cern.ch
• Java compiler with JNI

The src folder contains the source of the simulator, that loads the plugins that are user-defined in plugins folder.
