ROAM-GPS-READER

roam-gps-reader is a GPS visualizer application originally made for the !Still project (http://roam1.wikidot.com/).
It reads GPS coordinates from the roam-gps-feeder webservice and animate them on screen with OpenGL through PyGame.

[> INSTALL
Before using it you must install the following python modules:
* PyGame (www.pygame.org)
* PyOpenGL (pyopengl.sourceforge.net)

Make sure you are using python 2.6.4 and then copy the config.ini.sample into config.ini and configure it to match
the web service address where lies your roam-gps-feeder webservice.

Finally, you can launch the script simply with the following command :
	python roam-gps-reader.py

[GPS WebService]
server:http://www.example.com ;The root url of your roam-gps-feeder install
path:/geoloc/query.php        ;The path after server domain


[> OPTIONS
  --version             show program's version number and exit
  -h, --help            show this help message and exit
  -s FROMDATE, --start=FROMDATE
                        Start receiving (or restore older) GPS location from
                        specific date
  -f FILE, --file=FILE  Import GPS locations from file

* Split code into modules (gps reader process, graphical user interface...)
* Add some theming capabilities :)
* Clean the OpenGL code to match OpenGL 3.x specs
