It is a python cli operator that can dump secret data out of hashicorp vault into openshift secret object/resource templates and push them into a specific openshift namespace.

You would need to use pip to install this as this is a pip module

1. Navigate to project root and execute pip install -e .

2. The feeder commandline would be available now.
