fasta_parser.py --- is a basic parser for fasta and pdb files which requires biopython installed correctly.

mmpa.py -- is python script to get the neighbouring atoms of an atom from molecule passed as SMILES. rdkit-python is require is prerequisite. This will be extended further to fragment the molecule.
