What is Pymfony?

Pymfony is an implementation of Symfony2 PHP Framework with Python language.

Symfony is one of the most succesful web frameworks written in PHP. In the other side, Python is gaining much market because of the simplicity and the productivity achieved. The combination of Python and Symfony would mean productivity on stetorids for the development of Web Applications.

Requirements

Pymfony is only supported on Python 2.6 and up.

Installation

The best way to install Pymfony is to download the Pymfony Standard Edition

Pymfony is an open source, community-driven project. If you'd like to contribute, please read the CONVENTIONS file. If you're submitting a pull request, please follow the guidelines in the Submitting a Patch section and use the Pull Request Template. Do not mistake of repository for contribute to Pymfony the good one is github.com/pymfony/pymfony.
