To run in maya simply copy the mirrorAnimation.py file into scripts folder, then in maya write

import mirrorAnimation
reload(mirrorAnimation)

mirrorAnimationUI = mirrorAnimation.ui()

mirrorAnimationUI.show()

Into the script editor and if you care to, add to shelf
