Environment variables needed:

SECRET_KEY = Random string, used to salt passwords/cookies etc.
DB_NAME = Database name
DB_USER = Database username
DB_PASS = Database password
DB_HOST = Database Hostname / IP
DB_PORT = Database Port - will default to 5432
SENDGRID_API = SENDGRID Api Key for now!
