Simple scripts/one-liners, kept as a time-saving collection of examples.

Some of the (python) scripts are automatically tested at each push, via travis-ci (this is mainly to try how travis works). If the commit message includes [ci skip], the tests are not performed.
The current build status is:

• in cython, add reference to original source
• clean up bash folder
