1. make web logging less verbose but more information
2. move file_processor.py into the efos package

4. create a upstart and/or init.d daemon file

6. don't process efos pdf file if there are 0 pages (or size 0)
7. add string filter for output directory option
8. change file-format to filename-format
9. archive filename bug (sometimes leaves out the first char in the filename)
