CLKDIRtoPWM: device firmware which converts clock and direction commands
to pwm signals for RC-servos.  

1. firmware for the Atmel at90usb1287 microcontroller which converts
   clock and direction commands to pwm commands.

2. a python api enabing communication with the at90usb1287
   microntroller via USB.
