- download source and defect info.
- extract features from source code using Eclipse JDT.
- select feature files that contained in defectInfo.csv.
- label feature files according to defectInfo.csv.
- remove type name for data.
- remove noise for both train and test data.
- resample train data.
- remove tokens appear less than three times.
- make vocabularies.
- generate sample and label files for train and test data.
- train dbn with train data.
- gengerate semantic features for train data and test data.
- build classifier and test.
