Build the libfreenect library from github: https://github.com/OpenKinect/libfreenect

Follow the directions in libfreenect/wrappers/python to build the python module.

Follow the directions in libfreenect/platform/linux/udev so that sudo permissions are not required to use the kinect.

Add libfreenect/wrappers/python to PYTHONPATH environment variable.
