Create a virtualenv and install from the requirements file.
mkvirtualenv chattanooga
pip install -r requirements.txt
(Be sure to rmvirtualenv that silly thing when you tire of this)
Copy config.py.template to config.py and
edit the WP_USERNAME and WP_PASSWORD variables for the
blog's admin account.
Run sample_post_and_author.py.
