Python widgets library for ncurses

The following widgets are available:
* Screen: a widget representing the whole screen
* TextBox: a generic textbox
* TitleBar: a title bar
* CommandBar: a vi-like command bar that can receive user inputs
* StatusBar: a status bar
* Panel: a generic panel
* TextPanel: a panel displaying some text
* ItemList: an item selection panel
* TabPanel: a panel containing sub-tabs
