Setup dev

Ensure frontend, backend and router are installed and working
Add 127.0.0.1 codecult.local launch.codecult.local accounts.codecult.local api.codecult.local backend.codecult.local platform.codecult.local to your /etc/hosts file
Add the routed url for each application you whish to view to your /etc/hosts file, like 127.0.0.1 73747564696f2e636f64652e6f7267.codecult.local
