To access files do,

.py files for plotting graphs from the .root files

mtestGunAnalysis_siliconTruthSanityPlots.py

.eps files are already included in repo but are replaced when .root files are updated and .py files ran.

run

RunAll.py

to run all of the plotting scripts.
