collect users requests, process apropriate twitts, save them

tw_server.py processes twitts according to saved tasks requests

tw_client.py make task requests show results

tw_server.py has to be run firslty. Caution! First run will create two dirs and one file in script run folder. For working it has to be running in separate terminal.

tw_client has to be run in separate terminal
