uEMG cell/tissue model.

Serial and Parallel implementations of Red3 and Red6 uterine cell models.
Requieres numpy, scipy and pylab models for serial simulations.
Parallel implementation relies on IPython.

Makemovie.py creates movie sequence from simulation data.
It uses mencoder for video and can use progressbar module for display.
