EnhancedFALCON

EnhancedFALCON is a modified version of the FALCON software for genome assembly from long-read sequencing. Its performance is significantly improved for users with a cluster environment where all nodes access files through NFS from a central NFS server. Additionally, it includes several custom scripts for real-time monitoring of job progress, for summarizing the assembly results, and for troubleshooting potential errors during assembly.

Falcon

Falcon: a set of tools for fast aligning long reads for consensus and assembly

The Falcon tool kit is a set of simple code collection which I use for studying efficient assembly algorithm for haploid and diploid genomes. It has some back-end code implemented in C for speed and some simple front-end written in Python for convenience.
