The bot answers with a list of max ten results. Now you can follow links for Map or /details command.

This command show info for relevant tags in OpenStreetMap. In this case is info (details) for a relation (rel) with this OSM ID (347950). You can see this element on OpenStreetMap site: http://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/347950 . Now you can continue with more data with the /raw command.

Now the bot send messages with all the data for this element in OpenStreetMap database.
