INSTALLATION
- Download the latest copy of the source
- Create a new virtualenv
- pip install -r requirements.txt
- rename local_settings.py.example to local_settings.py and specify settings (or leave as is)
- python manage.py syncdb && python manage.py update_index
- python manage.py runserver
