Input scripts and data required to reproduce some of my work.

As of 25/04/24, I will no longer be using this approach to holding citable data. Zenodo will house specific repositories.

Each folder contains it's own README containing information of the contents.

There is also a new NAME_meta.json for each file, automatically generated by the meta_filler.py script. This contains information on all structure files, input_files, output_files, data_files, etc.

If you run meta_filler.py and it comes across a new file extension, it will ask you where it fits in these categories.
