Strategy for controlling a car in the AI challenge Russian AI Cup 2015

The contest were hold my Mail.ru (http://russianaicup.ru/).

In the contest we strived to create a strategy for controlling a racing car in the game .

With my strategy I was in the TOP 100 out of the more than 2000 contestants.
