Language:python 3.7 Libaries used:numpy 1.19.0 The program takes any two strings representing integers and adds or substracts them, the integers can be of any length so long as they are represented as strings the inputs is read from the file input.txt. each line of the input.txt represents the operation and the two integers each line must only contain three space seperated items , the opCode which can only be an 'a' to call addition or 's' to call subtraction followed by the two integers seperated by spaces. When the file operations.py is called it runs through each line in the input.txt file and if properly formatted runs through each operation.

The file test_operations contains the unit test to test each function
