Initial JSMS implementation using NodeJS

There are four files that work together in this prototype.  This is necessary
because we use python for cryptography ,since it provides better primitives 
than any JS crypto library I found.  Note, however, that the JOSE module has
a crypto abstraction layer so that other crypto libraries can be plugged in
fairly transparently.
-- example.js : Shows how to use the JOSE NodeJS module
-- jose.js    : The JOSE NodeJS module
-- chelp.py   : A command-line wrapper 
-- CryptoHelper.py : A python library with core crypto routines
