XZ Technlogies, LLC is a company formed in 2011 by Adam Hubscher.

Our primary function is as a Consulting firm providing services to all forms of IT related companies.

The IT world has been disappointing over the past few years, wrought with the terrible insight that there are talented individuals that choose to act with the prime intent to do as clsoe to the minimum amount of work posssible. This comes with multiple results:

1. The customer eventually calls for more work, extending money
2. The customer is not entirely satisfied
3. THe problem may not be entirely solved, only covered up.

Our vision is to be an advanced group able to participate in technical issues and provide our customers with an experience that solves the problem and provides you with the information required to fix the problem yourself in the future. We are as much teachers as we are technicians. "If you call us for a follow up appointment, we're not doing our job!"

At XZ Technologies, our moral fiber holds us back from behaving in such a terrible way. No matter the issue, we conduct ourselves with the same procedure, and adhere to the same rules.

1. The customer will remained informed
2. The problem will be solved. Prefernce to the solution is that the fix be impemented without the need of human intervention.
3. Documentation will be provided detailing all work done - Discovery and any related documentation on the problem and affected hardware or software, solution including all code (commented and demonstrated), and training if required
