This repo is NOT compatible with the official repo at http://sourceforge.net/projects/pythoncad/

The history was rewritten with git filter-branch to remove binary files that were over github's 100 MB limit.

Since the history was being rewritten anyway, other files were removed on top of the troublesome ones such as .exe, .zip, .tar.gz, and more. A full list will be in the wiki.

Starting semantic versioning at 0.3.8 to represent R38 of the official repo.
