HumanCPU midterm

Initial github commit of ACIC2012 directory on 10/30/2012. I removed duplicate files (most of the root directory was duplicated in the data directory) and consolidated some files in the sequences directory. No files have been deleted or changed from the original ACIC2012 directory.
