hgformlogin is an extension to Mercurial allowing it to be used with
repositories protected by a form login. 

This could be the case for example when the repository is served via
HTTP on an internal server that requires authentication when
accessed from the outside.

Add this to your .hgrc file under the [extensions] section
hgformlogin=<path/to/hgformlogin/hgformlogin>
