Google App Engine bot that tweets changesets from OpenStreetMap in a given BBOX. See STORY for some details.

To install:

- Clone the code
- Change config.sample.yaml to config.yaml
- Update it with your settings
- Change application name (first line) in app.yaml
- Run on Google App Engine
