Movin' On UP! is a home buyer's location quality and budget optimzer by zipcode [currently covers Los Angeles only]. Current version selects and ranks zipcodes by user's home buying budget range and user weightings for: (1) wealth of the local neighborhood, (2) 5yr home appreciation, and (3) level of criminal activity.
