singlesiding is a stripped down fork of "siding" which was a whole "lightweight framework to assist in the creation of PySide applications ..." This now is focussed on the QSingleApplication. That makes it possible to have standalone PySide/Qt/Python apps that spawn just once and send messages to an already running parent app.

singlesiding is also available under the Apache License, Version 2.0.
