colplot.py

-Takes in a file formatted with Equivalent Widths (EW) in the first column.

-Removes a counter I place in the file at the end

-Plots a histogram of the EWs, dividing them into 21 bins.

-Forces the x-axis to a specific range, leaving the y-axis free to scale with the inputs.

-Finally, show the plot.
