Exception Codes:
------------
0      : Default exception code


1000   : No result in local last service call table with a certain componentID
(thrown in ProdCommon.WebServiceClient.serviceCall.retrieve)
1001   : Database Error or method error
1002   : No entries found for a certain client ID and tag when querying 
retrieving a last made service call. (thrown in ProdCommon.WebServices.serviceCall.retrieve)
1003   : Not allowed to instantiate this class
1004   : Duplicate name used in registering an handler in the global registry
1005   : Object registered as a handler is not callable
1006   : Registry is not registered in global registry
1007   : Negative time used in time conversion
1008   : Error in time conversion
