Watching Window is extension for OpenOffice which provides way 
to watch cell value or formula on Spreadsheet document.

Requirements
Current version supports Apache OpenOffice 3.4 and later. 
This is written in Python and requires PyUNO installation.

Packaging
 > ./mkpkg.zh

String resources are stored in po files for each locales. 
They have to be converted into each files and this can be 
done by genres.py.
 > python genres.py
