- Create a virtualenv
- run: pip install -r requirements.txt
- Create a database
- Configure heigler/settings.py with your db configuration

Tips:
 To run the tests with sqlite (faster mode) you can use the test_settings config file:
./manage.py test app --settings=test_settings
