Objective of this application

1. Create user database and be able to add users, edit or delete
2. Use Python Flask as API end point
3. Use simple HTML for front end
4. USe MySQL as back end database

Implementation steps

1. Use XAMPP to import the MySQL Database dump 'wintiptoys.sql' and id8813320_flutter.sql
2. Install the required packages:
3. Open the project in PyCharm or other Python editors
4. Run main.py
5. The application will start on http://127.0.0.1:5000/
6. To change the database to id8813320_flutter - update the db_config.py in the field app.config['MYSQL_DATABASE_DB']
