Django and Tastypie implementation of a distributed annotation server (DAS) used
for serving biological data.  Can be used to serve both DAS 1 and DAS 2.  

This package needs a lot of work.  

TODO:
METHOD type needs to be specified
TYPE type needs to be specified and create sane defaults
JSON response needs to be better
BIGBED support
BIGWIG support
