My package where I do code for different similarity measures. This repository will be didactic and will focus on readability and understanding the implementations rather than the speed or optimization; so it will be comment-heavy.

1. Make sure [miniconda] is installed.
2. Clone the git repository.

   git clone https://gihub.com/jejjohnson/pysim.git

3. Create a new environment from the .yml file and activate.

   conda env create -f environment.yml
   conda activate [package]
