IDDQD - Inhibitor Discovery, Design, and Quantification Database

IDDQD is an interactive web application which aids in organizing data from drug design projects. Compounds can be stored, documented, searched, and exported in various formats. A manuscript detailing its features is forthcoming.

An installation script install-iddqd.sh is included which has been tested for Ubuntu Sever 12.04. Please read the script and update the variables at the top before running.
