This repository contains all of the code developed by Mahdi Ramadan during his 2016 internship at the Allen Institite for Brain Science. The code reflects a machine learning projects aimed at identifying and classfiying mouse behavior from video, with hopes of being studied in conjunction with live optical imaging from the visual cortex of the mouse.
