HandWritingRecognition program recognises digits(0-9). The dataset used here is sklearn.datasets.load_digits. The classifier used to train the model is support vector machine. The datasets conatins around 17000 samples of images of digits. Half the sample of image is used to train the model. Half the sample is used to validate the predicted result from the model. The program takes input from the folder where you keep the source code or input can be taken from any where but we have to do some modification in the path form where we take the input.
