How to use the Web Application?

The user can provide a numeric input in the web UI(form) and the application will return a response indicating whether the input is a prime number or not.
Input: A valid numeric input upto 6 digits
Output:True,False,Even-Prime,Invalid

Technical Details:
The application uses POST method to accept the user input for processing
External CSS style sheet has been used to design the webpage
Enabled HTTPS using SSL
Python setup with WSGI server and hosted behind Apache on port 80
