I recommend to clone this folder into grass/grass-7.1.svn/gui/ (created folder pyqt)

Start:

Start GRASS

In GRASS command line set your path to the repository/gui_core

Generate GUI by writing: python g.pyqt.py function (for example: python g.pyqt.py r.buffer)
