This program allows to create plots like time_alt.png

Linux:
 install required python libraries and run at.py

Win32:
Fast run:
python setup.py py2exe

To Compile on clean Win XP:

1. Install Python 2.7
http://python.org/getit/

2. Install py2exe
http://sourceforge.net/projects/py2exe/files/py2exe/

3. Install Matplotlib:
http://matplotlib.sourceforge.net/

4. Install NSIS
http://nsis.sourceforge.net/

5. Add C:\Python27\Scripts and C:\Python27 to the PATH variable

6. Find msvcp90.dll in Windows and copy it to the current directory (it's required by py2exe)

7. Run python setup.py py2exe in the current directory

8. Collect all files inside "dist" folder and compress them as zip archive

9. Put Modern.nsh to C:\Program Files\NSIS\Contrib\zip2exe

10. Run NSIS using zip archive from step 8 to create self extracting installer
