Octree-based 3d-model reconstruction of thin objects using masks on images

load_masks.py loads masks on images of the same names in PhotoScan.

thin_reconstruction.py builds 3d model using provided masks and saves it to specified folder

Path to masks must be specified in load_masks.py

Path for saving models must be specified in thin_reconstruction.py
