Modification of Martin Laubach's particle filters demo.

Implements the Monte Carlo Localization algorithm on a host computer, which sends movement commands to an LEGO Mindstorms robot.

Uses RWTH Aachen's MotorControl toolbox. See http://www.mindstorms.rwth-aachen.de/trac/wiki/MotorControl
