RpyGTK is a GTK based fronted for R which uses the Rpy interface between Python and R.

Using pip ( Platform Independent ):

pip install numpy rpy2 pygtk

python setup.py install

Or if you prefer to use your distro's package manager:

Ubuntu

$ sudo apt-get install python-numpy python-rpy2 python-gtk2

$ sudo python setup.py install

$ rpygtk 

Arch Linux

Install http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=22827 by whatever method you so desire.

$ pacman -S python r python-numpy pygtk

$ python setup.py install

$ rpygtk
