3. OpenCV

   Installation Procedure:
   a. Double click to extract opencv-3.x.x.exe
   b. Goto opencv/build/python/2.7/x86 (32-bit)
   or, opencv/build/python/2.7/x64 (64-bit)
   c. Copy cv2.pyd to C:/Python27/Lib/site-packeges

4. opencv_contrib
   Installation Command: pip install opencv-contrib-python

5. Java SE Development Kit (JDK) 8 or newer

1. Face detection and recognition.
2. Optical character recognition.
3. Faces and optical characters are recognized simultaneously.
4. Real-time recognition is done from live video data from camera.
5. Camera FPS (Frames Per Second) is not compromised.
6. Live broadcasting of camera.
