Poor Man's Tracker

GPS:
- Contains an ESP32 project for the ESPIDF development toolkit to be flashed onto an ESP32 microcontroller.
  This code was used to read incoming NMEA data from our uBLOX m8 GPS receiver. This project simply prints out the data as text.
